Our success depends on your support! Hazelwood PTSA is a nonprofit run entirely by volunteers. Memberships help cover our operating expenses so that money raised can go directly to the school. This needs to be renewed every year.
More members = more $ for our school!
Membership is $15 per person. Here’s how you can sign up:
The Washington State PTA has a new membership platform… we suggest bringing some patience when you go to sign up for membership online.
Certain things are still the same— an individual membership is $15 and this signs you up to be part of our school’s PTSA. A few notes:
- You need to create an account the first time you go to the website. It requires name and email, then they send you a verification code via email to use and complete the account set up.
- There is some new terminology “view the packet”, and “your packet information”— there is no real “packet”— its just a new term for this membership platform.
- There is an option to list family members as a part of the account, such as the name of the student you know and their grade. This is optional.
- There is a $0.77 transaction fee for paying online.
Best of luck! Just in case, here is complete tutorial of site.
There is a paper option to pay with cash or check with this membership form. This form will also make its way to you via ‘Kid Mail’ through the Red Folders. Either print the form or wait for the form to come home, complete it, and return to the school or your teacher with a check. We will get it if you mail it to the school as well. (Attention: PTSA Membership, 7100 116th Ave SE Newcastle, WA 98056)
You can pay with a credit card via square if you are at an upcoming school/PTSA event.
Thank you for considering being a member of the Hazelwood PTSA this year. The Hazelwood PTSA, as part of the state and national PTA organizations, have membership requirements and goals… appreciate your support in jumping through this hoop, and being a part of this school’s PTSA.
