Our success depends on YOU! Only members are able to vote at meetings. During this unprecedented time, we would really love input from the community. Membership is renewed yearly.
Hazelwood PTSA is a nonprofit and the board members are all volunteers.
Membership is $15 per person.
A few notes:
- You need to create an account the first time you go to the website. It requires name and email, then they send you a verification code via email to use and complete the account set up.
- There is a $0.77 transaction fee per membership for paying online.
There is a paper option to pay with cash or check with our membership form. Print the form, complete it, and return to the school with a check. We will get it if you mail it to the school as well. (Attention: PTSA Membership, 7100 116th Ave SE Newcastle, WA 98056)
Thank you for considering being a member of the Hazelwood PTSA this year. The Hazelwood PTSA, as part of the state and national PTA organizations, have membership requirements and goals. We appreciate your support in jumping through this hoop, and being a part of this school’s PTSA.
Where do your PTSA membership dues go?
The majority of the PTSA dues we collect are passed on to the state to pay for our local council, state, and national PTA organizations. These organizations not only get discounts for our members, their staff helps our changing PTSA body remember to do important things (like file taxes) and answer questions to help us ensure we maintain our charitable 501(c)(3) status with the government so your donations are tax deductible!
